Great news, some real quality names being mentioned to , that are coming in from other clubs/ academy's. This is what is called a real foundation block, you cant keep throwing ££$ at the first team and ignore the whole structure of the club, some old faces will move on but good things are at last starting at youth level believe me. And importantly its being built to last!

So happy reading that. I've got two sons one is 5 and one is 5 months, I reckon by time the oldest is 16 we will be doing some crazy away days to places like the San Siro and Nou Camp

A word of caution, sometimes at work the great and the good decide massive changes are required and "consultants" are brought in on a daily rate resembling a kings ransom.

To justify their existence they make out mass restructuring is required and have plans blah blah blah but nothing comes of it and the staff that have been their for years pick up all pieces and continue while the consultant disappears onto his next job. Clearly the lot at QPR are not consultants in the technical sense but just concerned whether some of the folk coming in know our club. As Dirty Harry said "a mans gotta know his limitations"

Not saying it will happen with us but the owners have stated they are inexperienced and QPR at this time appears to be a club going places with large amounts of money, hope the club isn't taken for a ride. Don't think we will because as the years go on TF and AB will become more clued up but sounds like great days and I hope all this talk comes to great things but many a club with big dreams in the recent past have ended up living the nightmare.
