Fabio must be coming in as first choice LB,don't think Hughes is keen on Traore in defence.

That's why I find it irritating to read comments like it's only June and the window doesn't open until 1st July. Other Clubs announce their deals including man u with Powell and the Japanese player from Dortmund. It doesn't matter if they can't be registered until 1st July.

the club has stated (through beard?) that its announcement policy is that it'll only announce stuff when every step is complete... so far as anyone understands, this means once registration is formally done.

...but yeah, all this waiting is really frustrating
