Post match, either team can make representations (that do not effect outcome of the game) concerning events during the match. Governing body can then, if upheld, punish players for misdemeanors occued during the game but avoid the game being interrupted.

We all know Young is a disgrace, even his own club manager knows he's a disgrace but he gets away with it like tonight against Italy. After the game if young is found guilty of diving, then ban him for 4 games, he'll then stop and we won't have the disgrace of the Derry insicident again next season.
