the managers who trully loved the rangers were ollie ,gerry and neil


venables was by far our greatest ever manager but he realised that if he stayed at rangers he would have to continually buy players from the lower divisions and develop them before selling them on for huge profit

having said that I always wonder could we have stayed in the top flight and could venables have done a bill shankley and made our club a football dynasty we will never know now as he is too old
