If were going to play a goalie who is never fully fit we may aswell save 3m and stick with Paddy Kenny

I think the timing is perfect !!!

Difficult for Lambert to play hard ball on the price when his goalie has just had a mare !!!

He looked slow and did not make his defence better which a good keeper should. Looked abit like kenny at times tbh - not good enough if we are to change keeper anyway. Hope for somebody else!

He has just had a serious op I think, so maybe he should not have been playing.

He is a good keeper, but £3m for a keeper at his age does seem a bit steep. I do think PK could/should be replaced, but I don't think it is our top priority TBH and maybe that money could go elsewhere.

In fairness, he did make a couple of good saves and he did score with a header. And whilst okay, he looks no better than Kenny and for that reason, think we should go for a better, younger, more long-term option. Especially, if we are building for the future.
