  • Played their part: 2 Orr

"Here at www.qpr.co.uk we take a look at the players who were involved in last season's successful fight against relegation…

    Bradley Orr
    Appearances (all competitions): 9
    Goals: 0
    Assists: 0

Owing to the summer arrival of Luke Young, Bradley Orr found First Team opportunities limited at Loftus Road last season and made only two starts in the league before a January switch to Blackburn Rovers.

While his spell in the Premier League with QPR may have been a frustrating one of few chances, the lifelong Liverpool fan did manage to achieve a boyhood dream on December 10th by featuring in a league game at Anfield.

The 29 year-old former Bristol City man was left with mixed emotions at the end of the match as Rangers lost the fixture 1-0, with Luis Suarez netting just after half-time."

A good and honest pro, but fell a bit short at this level. Could be that he had reched his peak when we signed him though.I so much wished he would have made it with us, but it was not meant to be that way.

"Bradley played his part by joining Blackburn Rovers thus weakening their defence and allowing the Rs to stay up on the basis that there would be at least TWO teams worse than us during the run in"

Harsh? Maybe. You could never question Orr's commitment, but he is a Championship RB at best...
