Would be furious with our owners if they changed from our blue and white hoops. The changes cardiff are going through just seems unreal, now from bluebirds to dragons? Imagine us changing from ''hoops'' to ''stripes'' etc??? All the other things they're planning to do seems only good for the club, like upgrading their facilities, expanding their stadium, strenghten the squad - but we know with some T&C experience that an owners promise is empty til it's accomplished.

Personally, if I was a Cardiff fan, I wouldn't be THAT upset at being rebranded a Dragon instead of a Bluebird. A Dragon is more aligned with being Welsh than a bird. And it probably wouldn't bother me THAT much if the Blue & White kit became the away kit and was replaced with a red/black version at home. But it could just as easy be the other way round.
However, as an 'R', the Hoops are part of our history and tradition (although light/dark blue halves was our original colours). Hyperthetically, I don't see changing them to 'stripes' being a similar comparison. But changing them from Blue/White to Red/White is more comparable. would that REALLY be so bad, bearing in mind we used Green/White for a while ?
As I say hyperthetically, but for me, Blue/White all day long (but wider and less of them than the current trend)

Many QPR fans already feel cheated by the introduction of the much thinner hoops.
I am not interested in buying and wearing a Reading shirt.Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

I associate them with horizontal stripes on the front of their shirts. If we did that, I'd think it was a Reading kit.Last edited by DeepcutHoop; 06-06-2012, 11:29 AM.

Maybe now we see why we have the red strip for next season, TF knows what he's doing, think the furore over the red was over the top by some fans, when you see whats happening down there in Wales. Personally quite like our red alot better than the green & white hoops, or last seasons mango
