I think he'll be on his way, may have been on a 2 year contract though hence he hasn't been released. The club may just be holding fire to see if somebody wants him either for a small fee or on a free transfer otherwise we will be required to pay up the rest of his contract.

I'm pretty sure he only had a 1 year contract, BUT theat may have been from 1st July or 1st August, which means it might not run out until 30th June or 31st July. If so, I would still expect him to be released before the start of the new season.

That said, it could well be MH wants to have another look at him, he might offer some cover since we released 4 CH's last month. Although personally, if that is the case, I'd rather keep Connolly (who is contracted until 2013).

He's young (18?) and was signed with potential for the future.....the others were pants though.
