QPR and Sunderland are keen on former Everton and Portsmouth midfielder Manuel Fernandes. The 26-year-old is available on a free transfer after a contract dispute with his club Besiktas.
Maybe just paper talk but I really rated him at Everton. He's a free transfer, it could well be worth the risk
Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
Don't remember him tbh... but if he's got prem experience, is decent, is at the right age and is free, what's not to like. Also being from Turkey i doubt he's on huge wages so shouldn't cost too much.

You must be joking. There's only one reason players go to Turkey and that's the money.
Unless you were thinking he's Turkish with a name like that...
