Not really. The thread is more about JB in general, last night just being the latest event. The point being made is he's made a target of himself, on and off the pitch. Events like last night will keep happening because JB is an extremely hated figure. You only have to see the amount of daily vitriolic abuse he gets on twitter to see that. So is he worth all the hassle and grief it brings to the club? Some of you lot crack me up ... A guy is out with his girlfriend in the early hours (didn't believe he was under any curfew), suffers a random attack, doesn't retaliate and walks away and there are people on here are blaming him - outrageous.
Hold your heads in shame... People on here are calling Joey a mindless ***** amongst many other things, maybe you should take a look at yourselves...

You all seem to have gone a little quiet since the actual events has been published (both by the police and club alike) which seem to admonish Joey.

At the end of the day since he signed for us he's made one mistake. He didn't come out of the Man City game with any credit, it's down to the club to deal with that one incident. It never cost us, we survived end of.
