IMO - Beard is still the main man in charge but is not a football man and doesnt know players or contracts where as Rigg does. So Beard will everything else, Finances, Marketing, Building the training ground, Legal etc... with Rigg reporting into Mark H / him or all the other football side does of things which includes FA issues (Shelias old job)everything that QPR need from the playing side from the kids up to the senior squad, players signed, players leaving, contracts, wages, negotiations and he will be responsible for telling Beard what playing facilities they need in the new facilites.

If TF and Amit are to build what they are dreaming of running QPR is going to be far more than a 1 man job like it used to be and Beard has proving that he can run and build a successful entertainment business and he knows he needs the best personnel in the right postions to do this and that is what he is doing.

      Anyway that IMO
One for all.... and all for one

England have lost so many players to injury. They will miss talent and experience so I wonder if they thought about a call to Paul Scholes. He came out of retirement for Manchester United and was fantastic.

We are obviously moving forward but maybe behind the scenes its advancing more than we are aware and Rigg can see there is a challenge ahead but with a huge opportunity to make us a top 6 club one day.

                IF

IF YOU WATCH THE FOUR YEAR PLAN YOU CAN SEE THAT AMIT SAYS TO GIANNI THAT HIS HEART IS IN THE RIGHT PLACE

so i think that is a fair assessment of gianni

                slightly mad

                massive ambition

but now days you have to be more structured to run a club

and some of the gianni transfers were horrific i/m thinking hall ,ageymange, connolly, vine etc etc etc

I agree Ted. I think 'horrific' is a very appropriate adjective
