As in both cases this season Barton retaliates and if he goes down it draws the attention to the original foul.

If he goes down it might well have got the opposing player sent off in both cases and not have found himself in the dock and with his subsequent ban

Ok, whatever. But the FA and the refs doesn´t mind to punish a QPR player for offences players from the big clubs would have escaped.
          As I see it, that´s a fact.

If they sent Tevez off, no one would be discussing Barton.

Everything that took place is due to Tevez.

This whole situation is an absolute disgrace. They admit on record that the officials didn’t see the incident on the day, and that he should have seen red, and yet they are not retrospectively dishing out any punishment…. WHY THE F%&K NOT!!

Any other incident their usual line is we can’t do anything if the Ref was aware of it. In this instance he wasn’t, it was an act of violent conduct, which ultimately resulted in one of the worst scenes in a match for years. Yet they are not punishing him…… What a joke!

In any other game, if someone punched someone off the ball and it wasn’t dealt with in the game, there would be punishment retrospectively. In this case there isn’t for some illogical reason… Have they not bothered because the later incidents were worse so only they need dealing with? The FA is corrupt and embarrassing in their dealing of most situations and this is just another thing they’ve got completely wrong.

And they wonder why the majority of fans say they favour the top sides……

Once again double standards from the DO F.A.. Ivanovic gets punished for offthe ball Incident but tevez gets away with it even though the ref and they agree that had it been seen he would have been dismissed
                    WHAT A JOKE
Remember this is the outfit who appealed Rooneys sending off for kicking out at an opponent.

What get's me is in this case, and the derry red card they can clearly see it's wrong but just don't even bother coming up with some pathetic excuse, they just stick their fingers in their ears and say no we're doing nothing about it, totally arrogant ****s

I'm not really into the 'conspiracy against QPR' feelings that some have on this forum BUT some of the decisions (non decisions) that the FA come up with are truely unbelievable.....

While Barton's actions after the sending off cant be excused,That trouble maker Tevez should be receiving a 3 match ban, seems very unfair

After seeing the incident on video, the ref stated that if he'd seen what Tevez did he would have sent him off. Tevez is absolutely bang to rights yet the FA take no action. What's the point of having the ability to take retrospective action if you don't do anything with it?

Yet more evidence, if any was needed, of just how incompetent the FA is.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

The corrupt F.A. are equally (if not more) to blame than Barton for not retrospectively punishing Tevez for the initial offence which, by their own admission, was worthy of a red card. They seem to make a habit of only retrospectively punishing the smaller clubs. So why have they now not punished Tevez? Hmm...because money talks, as ever. Barton of course should have just gone down after Tevez's punch, then none of the other stuff would have ensued. But due to his reputation players now target him knowing that it might draw a reaction.
