sign him up please. Strong, gives 100% and natural goalscrorer. He will form a great partnership with Cisse.

Nigeria international Yakubu Aiyegbeni may have played his last match for Blackburn Rovers, as he tells the BBC that the Championship is not for him.

Do we really need to buy more strikers? I think Zamora will do well for us next season. We've also got DJ who has hardly been given a chance since he arrived. Maybe if we offload Helguson, then Yakubu might be worth having to be a squad player. I think we've got to make sure we get a decent goalkeeper, a few defenders and a few midfielders

in the great gerry francis reign as manager he always had four quality strikers playing for two positions

Zamora is needed as well. Continuity at the club on and off the pitch is what we need.

I´m not sure of his stability. He was not a success at Leicester? Not his level though.

Yes, I think so. That´s why I want us to keep Derry at the club as well. Make him a coach after next season. He clearly knows the game.

Surely we are looking for better than Yakubu and andrew Johnson

no thanks to both completely uninspiring,

We need to build it from a GK, CB, and then Diakite & imo that's pretty much it, maybe Moses or Hoillet.
(No left back because imo Traore should have never been dropped)

But get the important ones in first
                          Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                          And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

He was 6th top scorer this season and that was playing for Blackburn! Why would you not want someone that bangs them in like that? He is proven better than DJ and a different player to Zamora. If we are going to get 1 forward during the summer I hope it's him

He would be a very good signing for us,a million times better than than likes of Andy Johnson .
