I would keep Derry on the bench If we get a better defending midfielder. We need him as a sub.

Derry can still do a good job for us. We'll need squad players that can come straight in and do a job, which I think both him and Clint have proved they can do.

And a job in our staff from next year. Same goes with Hill(Staff).
Both of them knows the downside of the game as well.

He has been great but we are not a retirement home. Big clubs do off-load ageing players. It used to be us who picked them up on their way down. Hughes has said he won't let anyone go unless they are replaced with better. Happy to back his judgement.
