Still concerned about his discipline. How many times did he get booked during his time with us.? Don't really understand the 10 games. Think this was put in by QPR. If he did not play 1) because he wasn't good enough or 2) he got injured, then they would not have wanted to sign him.

It may just be coincidence, but it does appear suspicious that playing one more game would have triggered an automatic deal, and he failed to play that game.
There's enough previous in the world of football, to reasonably speculate that it may not be as clear cut as was suggested by the club.
We're all very touchy about this, as he appeared to be turning into one of the most exciting midfielders I've seen at Rangers for a long while, and after being so confident that he would sign, news like this morning is very disappointing.

Fulham is a typically diverse London area with something for everyone - from the hustle and bustle of North End Road Market, to the refined chicness of the iconic Fulham Road. It boasts superb pubs and restaurants, two Premier League football clubs and excellent transport links.
It clearly states his reps want to test the water with other prem clubs.

My sentiments exactly....
Originally posted by Rsonist View PostThis is suspicious. Looks to me that his agents have been shopping him around on the QT and told him not to play the deciding 10th game. (And even if he does still intend to come to us he has huge leverage in the contract negotiations now.)
Or, he really did have a mystery virus...

"Diakité has made plain his desire to join QPR rather than a switch to Marseille or Lyon when he was made available by Nancy."
and
"A source close to Nancy said: “The club are happy to sell Diakité to QPR for the agreed amount.""
