keep laughing tank top
supporters support you know thats why we are called supporters
Is tank top an insult?
So those not backing, actually actively hero-worshipping Barton aren't real fans? That's actually a disgraceful and insulting accusation, and you really don't do yourself any favours by saying that.
I completely understand those who are willing to give him another chance to reform. I don't agree, but it's a reasonable position to take.
I just cannot understand why anyone would not only support his actions, but think he should be lauded for it.
Vblock & DeepCut's "debates" make this site... Keep up the good work lads
It seems supporting QPR is the only thing we have in common, which is fine. It takes all sorts, and I do love a good back and forth. Keeps the old grey cells lively.
I disagree with his position on Barton completely, but I'd never accuse him of not being a supporter because of it.

lol dont care if im doing myself any favours or whatever...
Its simple for me to understand because i am not worried about fitting in or being socially acceptable or keep taking a few minutes every day just to have a check whether my moral fiber is still there and making sure it is showing so everyone can see what a nice chap i am
Barton did what he did....i dont care i still support him and back him because he plays for my team. I dont care whether he has the morals of an alley cat , i dont care if he has no respect for the F.A. or Tevez or any other player. Dont care what he done in his past or how many eyes he put out with a cigar or whatever else the Chinese whispering media like to bang on about. Look at what he done as an isolated incident and i applaud him for the effort of trying to take a City player with him to even the game out in what was a massive game for us. To me Barton can be counted on to do the nasty stuff that produces wins, if we need a player brought down before he can score im sure Barton would foul him, if we need a penalty for points in an important match then i can count on Joey to dive in the box to get the pen for us. Its the age old adage "i'd like him next to me in the trenches"...you? not so much
And btw take a look at what Ballotelli was up to last season ...or Tevez refusing to play. Both worse in my book.
The only heroic bit of it all is the proportion of his mindlessness -- he's a quick trigger and easy target, I don't buy that he premeditated his knee on Aguero either, he likely said it to make himself look better
Will go along with whatever Sparky and the board decide. Pretty sure they'll talk about getting some help for him and have their lawyers all over the contract to see where they stand on sacking him.
thats the nancy boy supporters out in front screaming "NO MORAL FIBER" and "YOUR JUST A BIG BULLY JOEY" ....
you know who you are....
You cd also argue that some of those shouting the loudest for Barton are also the men - think it is fair to say they are all men - who want to say "whoa, look what a hard nut I am, I support big, bad 'Joey'." Its actually a bit gay, but hey, whatever both sides of the argument are into I guess. My only guide on this is what is in the interests of QPR, not Joey Barton FC - and I am quite happy to leave Hughes, Fernandes, Bhatia, Beard etc to make that call.

lol course it is
now go have a check in the mirror and make sure your moral fiber is intact and on show...Save the Whale/Burn the Bra/Ban the Bomb/Free Mandela/Sack the Barton/Knit some Socks and whatever else you lot get up too in your spare time
