  • Thank you Gianni

Now we have secured our Premiership status and the dust has settled I think it is in order for us to show our appreciation for Gianni Paladini without whom we quite possibly would not have a club and certainly would not be where we are now.

I know he has had the odd detractor but nobody can question his passion and commitment.

Everyone please raise a glass and toast our friend Gianni.

Its a tough call to be honest.

We had the mafia involved with guns in the board room.
We signed a lot of unknown and silly players such as Tchanoute, Olish, Milanese etc.
Gave players like Agymang, Vine, Borrowdale etc 5 year deals which are too long for average players.
Wanted to get rid of Holloway from day 1.
QPR nearly went broke under his reign.

Too be honest its Amit and the Mittals you need to toast as it was them whom brought in Warnock.

Thanks for scr*wing the Faurlin paperwork so that we could not 100% enjoy our supremacy in the last months last season, with always that nagging thought that maybe they will punish us and steal our hard-earned promotion from us.
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

Indeed and causing the doubt about our promotion which ultimately cost us having a parade at the end of last season...

Oh dear another of these threads, should be fun!

Done his bit, played his part in getting us up, ruffled a few feathers and now moved on. Grateful for the role he played in getting us where we are today, wouldnt change anything as Im very happy where we are now, but glad he's gone now.

We had some fun times under Gianni and his tenure will certainly be remembered when the club was at it's lowest ebb he came in and saved it. TF can take us to the next level and in fact already has but it all started with our Italian stallion.

Wasn't that Stallone's nickname after his early sting in the pr0n film industry? Is there something you want to share with us about Gianni that we do not yet know?
