Actually i do feel for him, no-one wants to be injured, he has had terrible luck with injuries.. and no matter what fans think a pro footballer just wants to play.

No problem with him playing - subutio might be safer for him - just fed up with all these injured and sub-standard players who have been bleeding the club dry the last few years. nothing personal against him, just question some of the decision making by management.

Yeah. i think with him though there's a feeling that if (big word) you can get him fit you have yourself a real top quality footballer..
Can play in many positions to..

sorry mate but you lost me at the bit you wrote "if you can get him fit". he hasn't managed 90 minutes in five years. if its not his old injury it will be a new one. some players just aren't up to it physically. he has all the skill in the world but even if he did somehow force his way back into first team football you know opposition players wd target him and he wd be out again for another year.

True its not good, but there's always that feeling that if you can get him playing you have a player on your hands..
Thats why qpr will give him a year , just to wait and see..

cant argue with that fella. but think that is precisely why Hammers fans were so frustrated with him - they knew only too well what a good player he COULD have been for them. But it always came back to one seemingly small word: "if" - as in "if he cd stay fit".

True, glues have improved, bit of super glue and he could be up and about in no time.

Seriously though, how can he afford to live on a pay as you play contract, he must be broke.
