There is so obviously a reason for it, either written in his contract or MH thinks he will be useful addition to the squad. Either way really isn't worth getting upset about it is Tony's money not yours or mine and if they have agreed it then good on Kieron Dyer and I hope he gets a chance to prove people wrong.

Great news looking forward to seeing KD make a big impact this season, buzz has been offered a new one too along with Cerny, we may not be strengthening as much as we thought. Now where's that poll on who will get relegated

Seems utterly pointless. Never played a full 90 for West Ham, has managed 4 for us.

You seen how many defenders have been released?

Safe to say there will be quite a few coming in after this news especially with Hall and Gabbi going as they we in the 25 man squad.

As for Cerny, can see Kenny leaving and him being back up to the new GK.

He was on a pay as you play deal last season. It was mentioned by many people I think. Barton is not on 60k. Next.

TBH if we sign Taiwo and Diakete on permanent deals it will probably cost us about £7m.

We must have spent about 14/15 millions in Jan so I'd be VERY surprised if we spend big again, which is why we're keeping players like Dyer on for another year.

Dyer signs new one-year deal at QPR

QPR have handed Kieron Dyer a new one-year deal at the club - even though the midfielder managed just FOUR minutes of action last season.

Dyer has endured an injury-ravaged career but QPR took a gamble on him last summer when they signed him on a free transfer after he was released by West Ham.

But that gamble did not pay off as the former England international broke down with a foot injury inside four minutes of his debut and has not featured since.

Surely we would have kept Gabbidon Hall and Shittu on if that was the case.

Unless Perone will be in the 25 next year

Someone's got to kick the ball at Cerny in the warm up.
