alright he was very injury prone for us and spent the majority of his time oin the pitch hoofing the ball out of play but he was still at the club for 5 years and was a captain of ours

he scored that van basten like volley against barnsley a few years back uin the first game of the season

and last season against palace i think a superb over head clearence in the latter stages that stopped zaha a chance of getting a last minute equaliser

    cheers fitz.
i supported qpr in the glory days when chris kiwomya and michael ngonge played up front

Tbh I do think he gets a tougher deal then he should.

Dont get me wrong, no where good enough for PL and I wouldnt want him anywhere near our squad, but he's a good CCC player and I sued to be pretty confident with him at the back against CCC level oppo.

As the OP says, that worldy he scored is also a great memory!

Am I correct in saying after the Leeds game last year he was ferrying some fans frmo the ground upto the pub in his Range? If so, what a top bloke!
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

And missed a penalty that would have been his hat-trick.

          He certainly did mate.

The Range got mobbed as he pulled over which held the traffic up for a few minutes

Just 1 memory of the glorious day.

Poor defender. Injury prone, out of his depth positionally, hoofed the ball out of defence and had a bad attitude in general (on the pitch and towards supporters). For those who think he was good at Championship level - look up highlights of QPR 1-5 Middlesbrough (utterly humiliated by Leroy Lita) and the defeat at Leeds in our promotion campaign (back off, back off, back off, back off). Not the worst defender I have ever seen in a QPR shirt, but an appalling footballer nonetheless.

                    Agreed.

My overwhelming memory of him is his tendency to do a brilliant impression of Michael Flatley on a treadmill in reverse when being run at by a forward.......

Much respect off the field aswell, setting up A Star League getting kids of the street and playing football. Hope he finds a good club for next season, could see him at palace or millwall but we shall see.
