For me yes. I was born in 76 so missed out on that glory era, but i loved the 90's with Sir Les, Ray, Parker, Bardsley, Wilson, Big mc, Peacock, Sinton, Bailey etc etc etc

However, no matter how well we did then, and finished as London's top club etc, you were always waiting for the vultures to nick your best players. I think we as fans all knew Les would be off but it was anightmare when it happened and ultimately cost our prem status a year later.

Now there is unthinkable optimism. Everything is positive, from the top down. WE have genuine investors, good management team and some very good players who will be added to in the summer.

We will i'm sure remain a selling club if a silly offer comes in for a player, but it will be through choice if best for the club to build further, rather than necessity. in the coming years i feel there will be offers for Faurlin if he can regain his past form, and Diakite, who will hopefully sign as planned. They both have taken to the prem by storm and will only get better.

Yes, and closely followed by the season I started to support them; 78 when Allen and Goddard were introduced. I started to support QPR when Gordon Hill arrived.

Only problem is if we get too good with me being from Nottingham i will probably get called a glory hunter. But i think i can take that! ;)
Don't think anyone who is an R can be accused of glory hunting mate!

The 70's were a great time for supporting the Hoops. The Mid 70's was fantastic, the team were playing superb football the like we haven't seen since.
I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles

No, Give me another decade of 1966/67-1975/76 bar 1969 and I will think again. It may be loud now, it was deafening then in fortress LR W12. So many names and legends hard to single anyone out from gentleman Jim Langley to Stan I will have an each way bet on the 3pm at Catford. Hard and talented men come and gone and if I could time travel that is where I want to be with my hero's. And if we could still have the lock in's in the Crown and Sceptre with the players that would also go down well

Seems as though if you are too young to remember the early 90s then, yes, this is the best period. If not, some have seen better times. For me, being born in 90, these times are by far the best/most exciting times as an Rs fan.

Before my time, but the best time had to be mid to lates 60's, a Wembley win and 2 promitions, followed of course by relegation.

The mid 70's were fantastic, promition back to the top flight and just failing to win the league, god we were good, teams could not live with us in 76.

I don't think we will ever surpass those days but you never know.
I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.
