Can someone explain this picture?

I can explain
March 4 1967.
Before the League Cup Final a bunch of QPR fans marched from LR to Wembley carrying a makeshift coffin (visible in the picture). The guys in suits were undertakers and the chap in the white looks like a KKK but is in fact supposed to be a ghost.
If I remember rightly, it was supposed to represent the 'death of WBA' in the final. The coffin had WBA daubed on the side. I wasn't on the march but read it about it later. I was at the game.
