  • Congrats to Jamie Mackie....

Just had a year added onto his contract. He'll be charging down the wing next season, too.

If Hughes can just teach him to look up next year, we'll be in clover.

Great news. IMO, he personalize the origional idea of the game as it once was(before clowns like I.e. Ronaldo and Asley Cole ruined that part)

        Exclusive: Mackie pens extension

Jamie Mackie has been rewarded for another fine season at QPR with a one-year extension to his current contract.

The move means that the 26 year-old has now committed his future to the Club until the summer of 2015.

Congratulations Jamie and hope you provide us with some more of your magic next year... Well done!

Good news! He may not be the most technically gifted player at QPR, but he is one of the best instinctive finishers (was the best until Cisse arrived), and never gives less than everything he's got.

Massive respect for the shift he's put in this year.

Top lad and well deserved. Lucky to have him at our club. One of Warnock's better decisions.

Hugely deserved. Mackie is living proof that hard work pays off.

In my eyes, in terms of god given talent, he is a long way behind the vast majority of attackers at this level but what he lacks he makes up with heart and enthusiasm. I'd have him in the squad over half the prima donnas in the league any day of the week!

Divers.Top,top notch players like these two should not need to lower themselves to such behaviour.

I can only speak for myself, but when the pair of them are out of football, I think I will remember them for their common tendency to cheat just as much as for their great tecnique and overall sublime skill. And, As I see it, that´s a pity.

ronaldo is not a diver and is descriebd all of his managers as the hardest worker on the training field.

he also runs all game, tackles, goes for every header etc

he may look like a knob flash git but hes not a diving cheat because of it

                              Great news.

Might not be a regular first team starter but never fails to liven up a game with his heart and passion. Players like him, proud to wear the shirt and ready to put in 100% every game should be an example to the money grabbing workshys, of which we currently have a few!

Well done Jamie, keep it up!
2011-2013, 2 seasons in the Premiership, 76 games, 14 wins........two years of my life I'll never get back!!

2013/2014 mediocrity topped off with a win at Wembley....

2014/2015 was pretty much the same as 2011-2013.....

                              2015/2016, average at best.....

                              2016/2017, same old, same old....

                              2017/2018, aim low, avoid disappointment!

Its the hope that kills you!
