  • QPR Considering Twitter Ban

    By all accounts.

That would say to me Barton is staying but must come off Twitter.

Dunno if true but would probably make sense. No coincidence when he took his self imposed sabbatical from Twitter he turned in his best performances for QPR.

im not so bothered by his violent conduct on the pitch.. that happens sometimes.. you lose your cool.

the media have hammered him and always will.. but what does my nut in about barton is his twitter ****.. amazing he plays the best for us whilst off twitter.. comes back and gets sent off.
Soldier: "im on reconnaissance sir.. im looking for our camouflage expert.. have you seen him?"
        Lovejoy: "No?!"
Soldier: "GOD DAMNIT THAT GUYS GOOD!"

If he stays it will be on QPR's and Hughes' terms- which would certainly mean no Twitter.

He knows this is his absolute last chance now, which might work out well for us. I personally think that if he does stay by the time his ban is over he will have a real problem getting back in the side.

The thing is, he's building quite a media profile these days and twitter is a big part of that. He's got around one and a half million followers. Perhaps he's got one eye on the future and what he's going to do after football.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Uncle Tony can start twitter fights on joey's behalf. Take on the cast of made in chelsea. Purely because of the show's title.

I wonder if Tony Amit and Phil will come off twitter too?

                          Would be hilarious!

Didn't Shearer suggest Rooney should batter Ronaldo at the training ground after he got sent off in an international?
