When the coaches with our fans in were leaving the Etihad, you had their fans applauding us as we drove through their streets and our fans reciprocating by applauding them back.

It really was a sight to behold, would have brought a tear to your eye, a real love-in.

i never forget when coming home after the 4-0 defeat to wolves back in 82/83 we 'kidnapped' a big skinheaded wolves lad who gave our coach the finger .....he actually started to cry...............was not the sort of coach to do that to.....was the 'c' coach

ted would have loved it. an amazing day that i will never see the like of again. man city lot were top notch. walked back to city centre and was a love in the whole way. rangers fans were fc uking brilliant. made me even more proud to be a super hoop.
