You know how it is, one rule for one etc and after all he's QPR and you know how the FA love us.
I am actually surprised the FA didn't try and hit us with a pts deduction enough to make sure we aren't in the prem next year.
(And whos idea would that be, with the Bolton guy on the commitee, i wonder?)
Joey Barton has been charged with two acts of violent conduct during QPR's game at Manchester City. The chaos began when he was sent off after appearing to elbow Carlos Tevez.
QPR midfielder Barton charged with two acts of violent conduct
Queens Park Rangers midfielder Joey Barton has been charged with two acts of violent conduct following their 3-2 defeat to Man City.
The controversial player was sent off for elbowing Carlos Tevez before appearing to knee Sergio Aguero in the leg and attempting to confront Vincent Kompany before being restrained and hauled off the pitch.
Was pretty obvious he would get a quite hefty ban as it isn't the first incident Barton and the FA have had to deal with. Few city players should get investigated too but I bet they don't. Big clubs always avoid punishment.
