We desperately need new facilities and an Academy.
This is brilliant news IMO.

Im delighted at this news. I've already text my Brentford chums to suggest that when its been built if the Brentford players ask nicely we might allow them a have a visit to have a look at a state of the art facility as its in Ealing. They might even get to meet our players for autographs etc.
theyr'e are loving it

"It will enable us to compete and attract the best players, and that applies equally to the young Academy players.
"It will mean that we can offer the best training, coaching and fitness facilities, to the benefit of both the Club and the local community."
Quite the opposite; it is something to get totally excited about as it is all about the future - future direction, future intentions, future success and a future where our Club will be taken seriously by other Clubs as well as by players we look to sell our Club to#standuptocancer

Brilliant news, this club has been without an academy for to long now, its very important to get the training facilities right and get the right coaching staff in. This shows me these guys are serious about taking the club forward , building everything around the club up. Strong foundations mean a healthy club and in time good quality players coming through our youth.
