Jeez Alex, emotive stuff indeed. It really puts everything into perspective doesn't it. I have missed my travel partner for all but 3 away games this season as he goes through his own intensive process. He came to the Stoke game the other day and he was so drained afterwards it knocked him for 6! He is currently resting as he is 100% adamant he is coming to Manchester, says he wouldn't miss it for the world!
Truly wishing you and yours all the best for the right outcome mate.
If it means the R's have to go down, that's a trade worth making - and when the recovery is complete the two of you will be able to celebrate our return together

There are obviously WAY more important things in life than whether QPR stay up or not,in my case as well as yours( I sincerely hope your wife makes a recovery),I also have a major problem to deal with and would take QPR Relagation any day if I taught my problem could be sorted, obviously you would do the same

Very good read mate. Echo the sentiments of all previous posters.

Really does put things into prespective; there's me moaning about something going wrong at work or something equally menial, when there are people out there with real problems and battles going on.

Sincerely wishing your wife all the best my friend .
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Emotional reading. Football really is insignificant by comparison, but i am glad that QPR has given you something else to focus your mind on over the season, making it more than significant for you personally.

All the best to you and especially your wife, and here's hoping the drug trials have positve results.

A very well written and brave report. My heart goes out to you Alex and as others have said, it puts things into context. We often moan about things that seem so trivial when you read something like this. It has obviously been a welcome distraction to you following the QPR roller-coaster this season. I hope both end happily for you.
