  • Turned down by the FA

An application had been made to the FA to do a beamback of the city game at Loftus Road but surprise surprise the FA have turned it down.

Aren't they allowing the **** to beam back the CL final from Europe?

    One rule for one again.

I say fk em, why can't LR just play Sky's transmission?

surely the FA are ringfencing this because they have a broadcast/copyright deal with sky for the coverage AND the FA will be getting a handsome kickback from that contract.....
      come on you r's!

Do I understand sky are doing a live two match coverage of us and united anyway? If not, we'll do our own beambacks.

            It can be done.

Sky pint symbols on bottom of screen and I'm sure we have that at LR.

They indicate the channels sold to pubs and clubs under business contracts, makes it very easy for SKY to know who if anyone is using the domestic service for business purposes.

I think the main thing is that the club tried, albeit unsuccessfully.

Cannot imagine the previous regime thinking up ways to please the fans.

              How refreshing.

Can't they even put Skys coverage on in The Blue and White Bar?

not sure on the rules but it sounds like they need an agreement with sky, not the PL.

rules around beaming to a pub and playing to an audience that pays to watch are not the same. UEFA and PL and FA are not the same.

I am sure that we are not being singled out.

QPR were not thinking of letting you in for free you realise.
