is anybody shitting themselves still? knowing that Bolton beat Stoke 5-0 earlier this season!

I still am fearing for the worst but that's just my nature, at least we have a chance still which looked very unlikely with 3 minutes left in our match yesterday!

hadnt realised stoke had slipped quite so far down the table before looking at the table this morning. still, stoke away is not a place even the big boys travel to with much confidence. did you notice the body-language of bolton players/ manager on MotD - looked like they had suffered a 6-0 defeat.

        me too...

...which is weird. despite being positive-ish about survival, i'd have settled for this current position like a shot a week ago.

I am very worried still. Without being negative, it is very likely that we will lose to City. They are a great side, and knowing that they are playing for the title makes it even harder! We havent won away for god knows how long, so the odds are very much against us. What worries me are that Stoke are rubbish, and its very realistic that Bolton could beat them. But stoke are hard to play against so I just have no idea what will happen. I do fear for the worst - but I believe that if we stay up, we have a very stable future in the premiership as we already have the foundations of a very good side and club. It would be devastating to get this close and lose it now, but it doesnt look that great imo

i think what worries me most is how unpredictable results tend to be at this stage of the season. let's face it...almost anything could happen.

            never a dull moment eh!
            come on you r's!

It's six days away and about all I can think about is Stoke vs Bolton! Stoke should be able to come up with the result but who knows this time of the season? It's said that we have things in our own hands but really I just can't see us getting anything at City no matter how well we play!

I'm not worrying about that match, got a good feeling about ours though.

We'll defend for our lives till the last few minutes at City...then on the 93rd minute we will go on the counter attack, 3 against 1 (Mackie, Barton and Cisse against Kompany)..Mackie has it, runs past the half way line and through balls it to Cisse in the middle, Cisse runs up to Joe Hart and quickly passes it to his left where Barton will tap it in from about 6 yards.
                  1-0 to QPR...

If Kevin Davies is not fit, there is a good chance that Bolton will not score.

Bolton only managed two goals yesterday via a penalty and a really bizarre own goal.
Hopefully they won't score and Stoke will.
