  • If Crouch Scores

If Crouch scores on Sunday do you think he will celebrate the goal knowing it could send us down or just walk away quietly (as Dennis Law did) or has he been gone sufficient time now to celebrate regardless? Remember this guy gave money to QPR1st when we were skint.

There is absolutely no way he would celerbrate. I reckon if he was one on one with the keeper he would deliberately miss.

          Very doubtful. He's a professional.

            same.

Although if we're 4-0 up and in the 93rd minute i wouldn't mind a 40yr screamer....or an own goal any time of the game.

Does make you think, a player that clearly supports a team, injury time one on one with keeper and that goal would relegate the side. . What does he do?
              Rooney v Everton?
              Crouch v QPR?
              Etc

People say players only care about who pays their wages, but don't tell me players don't have feelings.

Now Torres scoring for the **** v Barcelona is a totally different thing as being a Madrileno, his rival would always have been Barca.

PREMIER LEAGUE 2011 - ETERNITY (Oh well got that wrong, we'll be back though)

No player would deliberately miss. They become attached to other teams in their career and are different as to a normal supporter as a result and they are professional.

Torres rival would be Real - not Barca.

May not celebrate - but Rooney already went potty after scoring v Everton once already iirc....

best he could do is feign injury 5mins into the game, and ('brighton') limp off the pitch

If Crouch were to score, hopefully he will be saying sorry to his current team mates for the own goal!

Remember Cook doing this against us when at Charlton lasted about 5 mins wouldnt mind Crouchie sending a bullet header past his own keeper 90th min if games tight?

If he does i would like to think he wouldn't celebrate, but tbh the best thing he could do was just make sure he misses.....please crouchy:strive:

Pulis will probably have a chat with him and if Pulis thinks he isn't up for it he won't play.
