Always sad to hear a fellow QPR fan has passed away, but one with so much to give, and at 26, so young, is particularly sad.

        R.I.P. Alexander.

                      Very True Facto.

Shocking news and especially given his fitness and age with the whole world in front of him with such a talent.

The club should acknowledge this in the programme and even on the big screen on Sunday. Use it to get the fans and players collectively more focused on the job in hand and get 3 points.

Lets survive relegation in his memory!!

                        RIP.

excuse my ignorance but when people who are in their 20s are suffering from heart attacks, is it just bad luck of the draw, or is the fact that they train hard physically due to the sport something which brings an inherent risk? or, is it both - that some people are more susceptible due to genes or heart history in the family, and by being a professional sportsman, they are exacerbating that? or is it something else?

i dunno, me. all i know is my grandad died at 96, and was a right old bugger and hard as old boots. he survived landing on the beaches on d-day through to the end of the war in germay, and spent the next decades of peacetime smoking and drinking like a trooper. he was still on the fags and whisky into his 90s. go figure.
                        come on you r's!
