I don't know what's worse, dealing with Chelsea fans once or twice a year or 10 months of winter, mosquitos, black flies, spring floods, high gas prices and isolation! I'm a Habs fan BTW!

Mosquitos, no problem, they're as big as sparrows up here so you can see them coming.

Black flies; those fookers hurt! (But its the black bears I worry more about; as cute as they look).

Spring floods; hmm, not had one of those yet, but I seen a few on the news; I live on top of a hill, so no worries

Gas (petrol - I'll translate); Not much more expensive than down south: Just got back last week from a conference in Toronto, & gas was almost same price as up here (friggin expensive).

Isolation! And I love it. If I ever crave city life; I can jump in the car & be in Toronto in 90 minutes.
