  • Blackburn v Wigan - Who do you want to win?

i know it's a week away, but what would you lot prefer
Blackburn win and their back in the race for survival, and we could catch Wigan.

Wigan win would pretty much secure Blackburns relegation

Wigan they will beat Wolves and are staying up anyway so they may as well cut Blackburn adrift

How can anyone want Wigan to win?? If we beat Stoke we go ahead of Wigan on GD and will stay there if Blackburn beat them. Blackburn are down and will get beat at Chelsea. Even if they did win at the **** they would not turn over the GD.

We need to be ahead of as many teams as possible before the final game. Wolves showed yesterday they can still play. They can still beat Wigan.

i want blackburn to win because if qpr beat stoke we go to 37, past bolton (subject to wed night), level with wigan, and villa is lucky. so in the final day we will have better gd than bolton and wigan

For me, Blackburn as good as gone and Wigan as good as safe. Out of us and Bolton for last durvival spot. Wigan to beat B'Burn just to ensure they go.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Got to be blackburn. More teams in it the better. If we lose to stoke, blackburn win does nothing really as we still need bolton to lose x2 in a row. In fact, lose to stoke and we're as good as down. Beat stoke and our goal difference would mean blackburn would need to beat chelsea and us roll over to man city by 4 goals or so. Pretty confident we'll finish above them. Wigan can still be caught in my view.

NO, Wigan are by no means safe if they lose their last two.

BLACKBURN WILL NOT BEAT CHELSEA so in my opinion they are already down as they are 3 points behind as it is...

IF, and it's a big IF, we win tomorrow, Blackburn beating Wigan would open things right up -- especially as I think Villa will lose.

I bet Mcleish is quite nervous now. Much have happened since he helped Birmingham take home the cup last year.
