A week before last I listened back to Shaun Derry and could hardly hear him.

Yeah I know it's available the next day, but you can't download it, you have sit in front of the pc to hear it. Any chance you can see if they can organise a downloadable version so you could listen to it on way to work, picking the kids up, in the gym or any other time :-)
