  • we must go at chelsea

all their euro and fa cup distractions are their issue, we must get something and ir eckon just do a "wigan", go at em..they won't expect it, they'll expect a 5 man holding midfield and stubborn defence, they are so arrogant and fick they won't plan for any other away formation.

Chelsea have a nightmare run in

        Barcelona (CL SF)
        QPR
        Newcastle
        Liverpool (FA Cup Final)
        Liverpool
        Blackburn

First 4 games in 11 days. Have a feeling it could unravel for them

Really cant see Hughes going for it, our goal difference is such, that a 1-0 defeat will not seem too bad depending on other results, most of which we will all ready know, whereas a 5-2 defeat would leave us looking over our shoulders with a visit to City still to come. His aim will be to keep a 6/7 goal advantage on other sides around us, he won't want it to be 2-3 goals going into the final game.
I agree though Chelsea will be expecting this, so going at them could catch them out.

And they'll get another surprise if we all boo them in their own backyard, worth a try.

I'm really not sure, surely it would make more sense to play with 1 up front and 3 centre mids, to congest the midfield, and protect the back 4, while hitting them on the break

Exactly like they did against Barca

Contain and counter in numbers for me. As much as i'd like to see Cisse on the pitch i don't think it will happen as he'll keep the same team as much as possible, with i think Traore coming on the left for Taraabt as he'll also be defensively minded.

cause we will propably play counter attack i would like to see Cisse as a lonely striker instead of Bobby, simply because of his speed. When we hit back and get the ball on the run for him he could seriously damage their defence.

Disagree totally with havig a real go. Our goal difference is like an extra point and at this stage of the season it is vital. We could have a real go and end up getting tonked 4-0. Regardless of Barcelona, whatever team they put out sunday they will be threatening and a quality side. Capable of putting a few past us.

Only change is Traore for Taraabt. Cisse on the left is not an option as a) He is a striker and b) Will never put a shift in. Same tactics and approach defensively...and hit on the break.
