Exactly the way I see it.

If we do what we've done at home we have a better chance of winning than losing.

Taarabt suspended is not ideal as he is our main outlet but it could be a blessing in disguise, he won't get away with the things he does at home & its widely acknowledged he doesn't travel to well.

Cisse with his pace I can see causing big problems for a sluggish pair of the racist & Cahill, Mackie and his boundless energy against a shaky Bosingwa & of course Zamora with his physical presence will cause anyone problems.

This game will be won in defence & I am fully confident our boys at the back can deal with what Chelsea have to throw at us. Lets be honest they are no fools, big improvement since RDM took over, beating Barcelona etc but this game is a different kettle of fish for many obvious reasons & I really really think we are due a top away performance & I have a feeling its gonna be next Sunday.

Anyone thinking similar or am I still off my nut from yesterday
as we had a chat about earlier-fancy us for at least a point.

If we pull off the great escape it will be with not an ounce of help from officials this season.

Dunno Rebel, letter of the law says Bosingwa was always putting himself at risk with the fumbling challenge he made on SWP & the Drogba red was a clear 2 footed challenge. Pen was contact so again you make challenges like that in the box expect it to bite you on the ####.

Soft pen and 2nd one was a very soft sending off,BUT we have had awful refs since,so any luck we had that day is just a distant memory, that Hill "goal" took the biscuit!

I believe we will win next week and I do not expect Chelsea first 11 as the have a FA cup final following and don't want to risk red cards or injurys

Hoping for a grueling, heartbreaking extra time defeat for the **** on Tuesday and they rest a couple against us. We've got to come out and really go for it unlike recent away games, a few strong tackles see if they fancy it. Any result is a bonus, but I really believe we can do it. Can't wait.
