Aren't you meant to keep a kit for 2 years unless changing make or sponsor?
That's right - still as they are doing us such a good deal on ST renewals I've no doubt I can spend some of what I'm saving on the new shirt. Yeah right :scorn:
FFS, It's a £40 shirt that's worn most Saturdays all year.
If you don't want one, don't get one.
I don't, but my son will because he loves wearing the kit.
It's alright for some to come out with those sort of remarks. I wont get one myself but I have 2 little brothers whom my Dad has only just been able to get various kits for recently - let alone in a couple of weeks when they see the new one.
Also the principle of it.
Think abuot it before coming out with pathetic statements like that eh.
Just because you don't agree, my statement isn't pathetic.
It's the same price as as a computer game. Or 20 pints. Or 8 packets of cigarettes.
Get one or don't. It's your choice.
EA Sports brings out a new game every year.
You can carry on playing the old game, or buy the new one.
Same principle. Different business.
It's an important income stream for any club. It's not perfect,
but it's the world we live in. Whether we like it or not.
Hardly a good comparison, technology moves on each year therefore the game you purchase will be superior to the previous one. The same does not apply to shirts
