    I am currently away on holiday and I am told by my house sitter that my QPR season ticket has still not turned up..... and I don't arrive back home on Friday evening.

    I am sure I am not the only one and assume thousands of fans are in the same position as I am.

    What is the advice coming from the club? How are they addressing this issue?

    They can't expect thousands of fans queing up at the box office on the day of the Blackpool game.

    An absolute fiasco... someone from the club should be fired for this C*ck up....

    Any advice would be appreciated!!

    Ring the club and ask where it is before asking for somebody to get fired, maybe yr postie nicked it.

      Think there was a post strike for a couple of days mate (not that anyone would notice!!) but they had all been sent out so I think you may have to collect yours or a replacement at the Box Office

          post strike was only a couple of days and all my other mail arrived. anyway, i called the BO yesterday, they have run off replacement cards which i have to pick up before the game on saturday.

            Where's my bloody season Ticket !!

            This clubs a disaster ., why do they keep saying there was a postal strike....it was two weeks ago..1st class mail should arrive within 2 working days. The official line is now: " Come down Friday afternoon to pick it up or Saturday from 9.00am" Of course I will, I've got nothing else to do apart from having to go to work Rangers to pay for my over inflated Season Ticket.
            Saturday at about 14.45 should be lively......Professional Club My #### !!!

              Why does it have to be the clubs fault?
              Any chance the Royal Mail have lost it oh right that would be the clubs fault for not dropping it off by hand with a harrods hamper.

                Well, when you hand over the kind of money we have which in my case is over a grand for 2 tickets paid for as long ago as the chuffing early bird discount, the least i should expect is a safe delivery of my purchase. QPR took my cash, QPR are responsible. Whether they should have sent it recorded delivery, courier or on f'ing horseback, i dont care but it was up to them to get it to me and shouldnt be up to me to have to re-arrange my plans on Saturday and no doubt have to queue with hundreds of other fans they have let down.

                      8000 ish season tickets sent out, some are bound to go missing bet it happens to every club but lets all #### the club off.

                      If you wanted recorded delivery you should have asked to pay a bit extra for it.

                          Did we not all pay a few quid extra to have them delivered which I presumed would be recorded delivery though it turned up in a normal envelope in the normal post.

                              Season tickets this season were being sent out by a third party, in the past we could choose pick up or mail, you had no choice this time. For the past 15 seasons Ive had a season Ticket and previously picked it up at my leisure. So YES I do blame The Club...sorry to upset you.
