  • Boltons Run in

It is all against mid table teams with nothing to play for, we need points on the board 100%

Bolton will get at least 9 points from their remaining 6 games...probably more.

What the same Bolton side who lost 3-0 at home to mid table Fulham ? Whilst we may go down still, why are Bolton going to suddenly turn into a Title challenging team like Wigan have done .

There's nothing definite about it. They've been very poor all season and were lucky against us with the help of the worst decision all season, a game they'd probably have lost if not, and against a shocking Wolves team they should've been 3-0 down at half time.

Why do people flatter these teams and suddenly think they'll pick up loads of points.

They also play Villa in the coming days if i recall, who themselves are not safe by any stretch, so that will be a real tight game you'd think.

Bolton's run in is pretty easy but then again, they are pretty dire. I still reckon a win today and a win against Stoke should do it!

AT £760,000 -00 per postion in the final table i dont think "nothing to play for " comes into it, im sure the players greedy as they are will want a bigger pot to share out at the end of the season,

Bolton are in the bottom four for the same reason we are because they have not won enough games consistently. Why people are convinced they will now go and start turning over teams they have lost too for the bulk of the season is beyond me.

They have the pressure of having to win the games in hand, if they don’t get the wins on the board early doors i.e. starting today the pressure will build further; added to this is the pressure of all the experts and pundits who keep stating they are playing teams they should take points off. There is now a lot of expectation at Bolton we will see today if the players can live with it.

They had the inital bounce of Fabrice and playing for him well since he has improved (thank god) their results have dipped as the 3 nil home loss to Fulham indicated a side who dont have a great away record.

If they fail to take max points today the brown stuff they are knee deep in will stink just as much as our own.

Mid table teams still have something to play for, their supporters for one, who will want a strong finish to their season

There are only 5 points between 7th and 14th place, Sunderland, WBA and Swansea are in that group, Bolton have to play them all.

An extra 5 millions pounds is a big incentive for the likes of Swansea.
I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.

I am predicting that the suddenly mighty Bolton, will pick up 30 points from their remaining two games.

This sudden fear of mighty Bolton is ridiculous.
Before their enforced break, they were shyte, and chances are, with a bit of luck for us for once, they will resume today as equally shyte as before.

If anybody sends us down, that body will be ourselves.
We need at the very least, maximum points at home to Spuds and Stroke Shitty, and at least a point a piece at Chelshyte and Man Shitty.

Agree, Bolton are magnificent, knew it when they put 4 past us at the beginning of the season. Will at least put 5 past each team in their run-in.
Even Barca would be running scared and apparently Messi has been having dreams that he may once be part of their side, News from Bolton camp though is that he is not good enough, Messi is devistated at the rejection from such a big club.
