Obviously, most of us can see Connolly and Gorkss should be the partnership at the back, but cant see it happening after Hall being picked a number of times in pre season. Surely Connolly wont be left out the side? But Borrowdale being the only left back, will he play instead against Blackpool?? Surely not?

I have never seen Borrowdale play, but from most accounts of that I have read about him, is that he isn't good.
I don't think it makes a lot of sense to play one of the best CH in the squad at Left back and even less, because he is right footed. However, he is better than Borrowdale, but I do think that any good pacy right winger will be able to beat Connolly down the flanks.
This leaves me wondering why the hell, QPR have not made more of an effort to bring in a left back?
Doyley could be bought from Watford. QPR perhaps could have even offered Vignal a short term deal, although maybe they did and he turned them down.
Surely there are other left backs available to buy or loan, or is it that the club doesn't want to spend any more money bringing one in?

Ramage Connolly Gorkss Van Aanholt
I do have a feeling that Connolly may be a right back tho this season.
Reason being if we want to play fast attacking football the full-backs need to be comfortable on the ball. Connolly is, Ramage isn't. Van Aanholt will be coming from PSV and Chelsea.
If Connolly goes RB
Connolly Stewart/ Hall Gorkss Van Aanholt15 years in the wilderness will be a distant memory come Sunday 8th May 2011.

Stick with Connolly at LB and Gorkks + Stewart/Hall (Ramage at RB)
If he wants reserves or the bench, he'd have stayed at Chelsea or PSV.
This kid is a top future prospect, for Chelsea and Holland.
Think Mancienne, but left footed and Dutch.
He starts.
