  • How confident are you that we'll beat Spurs & Poll?

All the formulas I've read for our great escape start with a win against Spurs; no contributor so far (as far as I know) has said it's even possible to survive unless we win our home games, as the two away ones look beyond us.
Their form, especially away, has been dire of late, but bad runs have to end sometime, and reading their board this morning they are talking up this one as their push for fourth needs a massive kicking.
Are we taking Spurs as seriously as we should?

We need to win to avoid relegation as much as they need it to reach Champions League so it is 50/50.

Not confident. Was with liverpool and arsenal but my spidey senses are not tingling for this one.

Hughes will have left no stone unturned WRT preparation to give the players every possible opportunity to win. Yes we can win but it's down to the players to carry out his instructions and the fans to roar them on.

I am sure we can beat them on a good day if all the players turn up.
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

I thought Liverpool game was a turning point. It gave us half a chance of getting out of trouble then beating Arsenal made me believe.

I was disappointed against WBA and now feel we are back to square one especially after Wigan beating Arsenal.

If we lose to Spurs than that's it, think we are nailed on to be relegated. Can we beat them? Of course we can but think its going to be a draw with Spurs desperate to qualify for the Champions League

i think if they play gallas and king at the back bobby z and cisse will give them a good run for their money. theyve a long list of injuries too:

N Kranjcar Knee Injury no return date
Y Kaboul Knee Injury no return date
Gomes Cartilage Knee Injury no return date
                      M Dawson Ankle/Foot Injury 6th Jun 12
D Bentley Knee Injury no return date
                      J Jenas Ruptured Achilles 5th Jun 12
                      T Huddlestone Ankle/Foot Injury 14th Jun 12

it really depends on which tottenham turns up, their form of late has been dismal, where as our home form has been good. spurs seem mentally shot, but they might come out and throw the kitchen sink at us.

                      double nervous

Do you really feel that Mellow?

Have to say the level of confidence is lower than I expected, some may call it realism. I think a narrow win, 2-1 or 3-2.
