  • Was all in our hands in the last few weeks....

What Wigan have showed us is that they were prepared to go for it in games they were not expected to win.

We didn't go for it at United and we were far too negative at West Brom.

All those games where we had all those silly sending offs etc. is now coming back to hurt us.

    Fair play to Wigan.

Even those of you who thought we were staying up still after West Brom. What are you thinking now?

I think we'll draw against Spurs, lose at the ****, beat Stoke and lose at Man City. Won't be enough to stay up.
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

Yes, we will live to regret our negative approach in away matches this season.

They win because their manager goes for it in away games and their side is not carrying passengers. We are just not good enough.

Not convinced we will. Championship is such a tough league.

We could stay up if we beat Spurs and Stoke. Big 'if' though...

Must admit I'm fearing the worst.

Was anyway after Saturday but after that tonight & Bolton having 2 games on us, add to that our horrendous run in can only see one result. Relegation.

Yes some can stay super positive & of course its not over yet but we're not stupid, anyone with an ounce of sense can see what we're up against & the penny is finally starting to drop.

Will still be at every game home & away supporting the lads but for me if we don't get 3 points Saturday its game over.

It's not over yet, a favour from Villa and a win over Spurs are we are back in pole position to stay up. Think we can discount Wigan, it's one from two now, us and Bolton...

I don't think people appreciated how big the result on Saturday was.

We've simply been too negative in away games, have given too many points to teams around us and up until late March have had awful home form.

If we go down we only have ourselves to blame.
