Drop Mackie, play Adel on the right and Cisse on the left. Leaving Zamora on his own up front.
The reason i'd play Adel on the right is because I think he's more effective there, and every time he's on the right it seems like he prefers it there!
Cisse on the left because he can use his pace to try and beat Walker, cut inside and help Zamora out for a bit.

if we play 4-4-2 we need all four midfielders to be energetic and defensive.

id personally start 451 and then throw HH and cisse on.

for me this game isnt suited to derry, but he maybe the one to wind up parker and vaart.

Deffo has to start we have to have every oppotunity to score, with his pace he will get at them, need Zamora to do a bit more than he done on sat probably Mackie going to have to make way? but Derry Against Spurs midfield frightens me? remember how their midfield were too good and mobile for Derry & Taarabt. Hopefully Diakite & Barton will be able to stop that happening.

I know he probably doesnt deserve to come straight back in and bobby and the formarion we have had at home for the last three matches has worked very well for me i'd definately put him back in. the fact that spurs are reduced to gallas and king at the back could be the piece of luck we ned. From bobbys performance against west brom where he didnt look like he cared id drop him for the start and go 4 4 2 with heidar and cisse up front. Cisse getting on the end of heidars knock downs... Tasty... Plus id have middfield 4 left to right traore diakite barton taarabt. Traore is class at getting up and swinging balls in and with hh and dc in the boz against king and gallass, we could have a real chance :D

All very nice when we have the ball. Cisse is never going to put a shift in and chase Walker/Lennon back everytime Spurs have the ball though which will be a lot. Taiwo would get torn a new one with a 2 on 1.

Amazingly Hughes has Tarbs putting a shift in and he does it rather well. If Cisse plays he must play up top and as a striker where he is most dangerous. Agree with Tarbs on the right though. Traore left mid and Barton and Diakite in the middle. Have a right go at Spurs.

some good points made here. Think I agree with Spaghetti and Sammy here re the formation. Also, as pointed out, you look at the Spurs centre backs and that is their weak leak. We have to put them under pressure there with Cisse and Zamora. Re Zamora think he actually did quite well against West Brom - he created four clear openeings but as we have always known he has never been a clinical finisher. With Cisse playing instead of Derry think we wd have got something up there.
