Something must be done to ensure, that when a toe-rag like young deliberately cheats to gain an unfair advantage, there is a mechanism in place to nip it in the bud, and ensures justice prevails.
If not, then it gives idiots like Ashley Young carte-blanche to make a mockery of our national game.
