Seem to be getting more good than bad performances out of him recently but not today sadly.

Will never understand some people's Messiah complex with Buzsaky, the facts simply do not support it
WBA are a very different nut to crack compared to Swansea and Arsenal (who Derry played against I might add, any complaints there?) and it showed
We really could have done with Cisse today

Saying that I agree Buz should have come on and not SWP
The logic behind an on-form SWP coming on and stretching the game was sound but being terminally, uselessly out-of-form instead Hughes should really have known better than to be sentimental about it

Don't blame Hughes, just think we don't have the personnel. NW got the same critiscm for who he did or did not play, or his substitutions.
At the end of the day we got wins against Liverpool, arsenal and Swansea because individuals performed well. Unfortunately for us we haven't got a team that is either consistent or has players that can do "jobs". Hate to say it but Fulham and Norwich do have the personnel that can be told what to do and on the whole they do it.
I think at the moment the chancellor of the exchequer could be our manager and get the same level of results.
It's not a critiscm of Hughes but the squad. I think what hughes has done well is stopping the squad from imploding which was occirng under NW. The reason he's been able to do this is because of who he is, players have been unable to blame the training, management etc and therefore the squad hasn't fractured.
I think if we stay up and we get new signings over the summer then MHs quality of management will come through at the moment we are just trying to keep our head above water.Last edited by TBLOCKRANGER; 14-04-2012, 06:07 PM.

Would have been better to bring on Buz instead of swp which was another bad move
Taarabt might not had the best of games but seemed the only one who could create chances but Hughes brings him off
