Well the most JOY would have to be Keith Bradleys own goal in front of thousands of R's at the Holte End Villa Park in 68. Clinched back to back promotions.
    Then Furs v Oldham.
Then, for some reason, Wegerles fantastic goal at Leeds, although in itself not as important as the above two.

Was the only R's fan not at the Oldham game. Couldn't get a ticket.

So, for me, it was Sinclair's. Remember the whole ground going silent for a couple of seconds because they couldn't believe what they had just seen. Then, there was wild celebration. Terrific goal.

two best goals i saw were Roy Wegs at Leeds where he beat about ten players no sorry 11 players
and the best goal ever Trev Sincs 18yard overhead volley
Gerry Francis the greatest all round player to come from these shores:super_man:

Without doubt the Trevor Sinclair goal was fantastic for the skill involved but one of my favourites from the 70's is the one Gery Francis scored against Liverpool.

The one's that gave me the most personal joy were Gary Gillespie's own goal in front of the Kop at Anfield in the last 5 minutes that put us through to the Milk Cup Final and Kenny Sansom's bullet into the bottom corner in the FA Cup replay v Arsenal after Wegerle had danced round their entire defence in the pouring rain and rolled it back to Sansom on the edge of the area. Bang!

No contest for me... Clive Allen. FA Cup Semi, Highbury 82.

Jamie Pollock deserves a mention too. Top man. Great finish.

                    1. Trev, remeber everyone sitting there in disbelief of what they'd just seen for a few seconds then seeing Barnsley supporters starting to clap and everyone went mad realising what thye'd just seen.
                    2. Furs goal against Oldham and has to be the first one at Wednesday from Gallen.
3 This goal is just a touch of class

That last minute header still gives me joy when I see the goal!

Definitely not the best goal I saw but "one that gave me joy" was the Clive Wilson last minute penalty against Millwall in a cup-tie. Birch against Brentford was rather special too.

Tough question, a few that spring to mind:
Kiwomyas 2nd vs Palace at the 6-0 drubbing to keep us up
Wilkins vs Liverpool - 30 yard screamer
Gallen's over the shoulder lob which won goal of the seaon
Rowlands vs Brighton - great turn and shot
Furlong - tons and tons and tons
"I've had money but it never felt as good as when I c*me"
