I hope the club sorts these stewards out.
Trying to prevent fans celebrating a goal, is illogical. I mean, what the fark is that all about?
There are too many no-marks in this country, who given just the smallest whiff of authority, act like the quintessential tin-pot dictator, even for miniscule sums of money. I mean, what the fark is the going rate for being a shytegob? £40, if that?

the last 2 home games they've taken to asking fans for tickets just as we've come thru the turnstile , theres a female steward with a cane roll barnet that makes herself busy asking fans to sit down when we score . i've pointed out to her she won't get anymore money for making her self busy . one bloke on saturday was pushed by a steward for over celebrating he had his hands on the barrier and he was told he must sit in his seat when we score . the club need to look at employing home fans as stewards like we did years ago

Ridiculous. We hear from all quarters time and again that the big advantage we have is a tight stadium.
Then we get reports like this.

Over celebrating? I don't advocate violence (often) but that pratt deserves a dry slap. Imagine the carnage if stewards in P/Q/R told people off for over celebrating a goal
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.
