Richard Langley was the last decent quality player I think

there was a batch that had promise and got to the youth cup final but failed to really progress
        Brady
        Graham
        Cochrane
        Pacquette
        Daly
        Bruce

the academy was shut down some years ago
its New Era number 8 i tell thee, bring on the fireworks

          well

well back in 1964 we were to bring the very first of brilliant youngsters from our youth scheme

these included the full england players of gerry francis ian gillard and dave clement

but our youth set up has become such an embaressment almost as bad as my spelling

les ferdinand didnt come from our youth set up neither did ray jones

i think youll find that,we just produce anyone ever this is because to produce players you have to invest so many millions

west ham have produced more superstars than most but but to acheive that they had 95 people in full time employment

we are talking millions and millions of pounds to compete with the likes of arsenal and man utd

so lets look at crystal palace they are a little club who keep on finding gems like wayne routledge also southampton are another little club that do acheive
but for qpr to compete they would have to spend millions which they dont have

The best two players in my generation were Kevin Gallen and Danny Dichio, who broke every record going whilst playing for the youth team.

Used to watch Dean Parrett alot when the youth team played on Saturday mornings at Harlington, he was in a league of his own. If he can find his feet and get some games at Spurs then he'll be the best player our academy has produced in years.

This lad came from our academy. England youth international. The scousers knicked him from us a couple of years back :/
We're Queens Park Rangers and we always do things the hard way!

was it Jim Magilton who was considering putting him on the bench for a game...at the age of 14/15?!
