So it appears that the Lino who could not see that Ashley young was 2 yards offside is the same one that could not see that SWP was 2 yards ONSIDE against West Brom.

When things don't make sense in life there are normally a couple of reasons for it, one is extramarital sex and the other is in the form of backhanders.
